Three Pathways. One Space to Heal and Grow.
RISE supports women on their journey from surviving to thriving through three healing pathways: RISE Renew, RISE Strong, and RISE Beyond. Each pathway meets women where they are, offering intentional spaces for confidence, connection, and lasting resilience.
-
RISE Renew offers trauma-informed art and wellness classes, support groups, and community groups that nurture healing and renewal. Women reconnect with themselves, rebuild a sense of safety through support and community, and begin to lay a strong foundation for lasting resilience.
-
RISE Strong provides a flexible set of core classes designed to meet survivors where they are. With a focus on empowerment, self-advocacy, and healing, participants can choose sessions that fit their unique needs.
-
RISE Beyond equips women to step boldly into leadership and legacy and break cycles of poverty and trauma. Through life skills development and self-discovery, participants gain the tools to cultivate opportunity and inspire resilience in themselves and future generations.
