Monarch Programs

Monarch 61 has three powerful programs focused on healing the hearts of women and restoring what has been lost through trauma, abuse, or abandonment. Each program brings a unique way for women to find community, empowerment, and their voice.

Find your creative flow in the art studio!

The Table

The table consists of art classes, therapy classes, and community/support groups that connect women in community and shared trauma experiences. We believe creative play is healing and statistics show that four out of five women can experience post traumatic growth given a supportive and encouraging environment. Relax and restore in the yoga studio!

The Mat

M61 provides trauma-informed yoga and movement classes to encourage self-care and build self-esteem. M61 also offers an eight-week program (RISE) that restores power to survivors of trauma and abuse through mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, creative engagement, and self-defense. Women spend two hours each week in a variety of activities designed to strengthen and empower. Dignity, identity, and self-esteem are restored as women take back the power over their lives that was once lost. Visit our class schedule above for a full list of wellness classes and more information about RISE.

Rooted is an immersive coaching initiative that empowers women to grow in confidence, security, self-love, emotional health, and relationship building.
